All orders fulfilled by Anchor Rug Company are custom made to order, so we are unable to accept any returns. This is why we highly recommend you order enough free samples prior to placing your order to feel comfortable with your final choice.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will use all reasonable efforts to expedite manufacturing-related claims in accord with the manufacturer’s warranty. To report a defective item, please contact us promptly.
All orders require payment in full to proceed with manufacturing unless you are a registered
member of our site.
Due to multiple factors we are not responsible for delays beyond our control such as, trucking delays or delays caused by natural disaster. We will do our best to keep you informed of shipment status
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You are required to confirm a rug price via email prior to ordering.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
All defective items must be returned like new in their original packaging. If you have disposed of your packaging, we will be happy to send you replacement wrapping.
